Meet the Team
Harmony and Thrivin are here to serve H&T and everyone who’s part of it by making training clear, useful, and approachable. Together, they’ll demonstrate tasks, explain job steps, and help apprentices, new team members, and experienced people on the job learn and build together.

Harmony
Harmony helps make the instructions—and the reasons behind them—clear. She’ll explain expectations, highlight important details, and demonstrate how good communication keeps people working together.
Her role is to encourage questions, reinforce understanding, and help people recognize when to proceed, check in, or ask for approval.
SHOW THE WORK
Thrivin
Thrivin helps turn instructions into action. Through task demonstrations and practical walkthroughs, he’ll show how to prepare, follow the approved scope, complete the work, and check the result.
His role is to help people build skills and confidence through examples they can watch, revisit, and practice.

Harmony and Thrivin will work together throughout our training. Both will teach, demonstrate, ask questions, and learn along the way.
Our hope is to make training useful, communication clear, and teamwork something we enjoy. We’ll share what we know, have fun creating, and take pride in what we build together.
